Our DF1050 combination bench is all you need for a great free-weight, all-around workout. This bench is straightforward to use and adjust to fit your exercise needs. With the DF1050, it's a one size fits all piece of equipment. We have tested people from 5'2" to 6'4". The backrest can be placed for incline and flat bench press, and the seat can be adjusted so you can sit comfortably at both angles. Included with this weight bench are a leg developer attachment and the squat attachment. With the leg developer, you can do both leg extensions and leg curls. This combination alone is a great start to a full-body workout. This bench is compatible with our Lat Attachment (DF1200), Preacher Curl Attachment (DF105), and Deluxe Leg Developer (DF106) to maximize the bench's versatility.
