Expand the versatility of your Deltech Fitness bench with this Lat Attachment. The DF1200 Lat attachment adds exercises such as Lat Pull Down and Triceps extensions to complete your upper body workout. This Attachment features nylon bushings moving over a smooth chrome-plated surface in the weight slide. It comes with 1" quick clips for standard weight plates. You can also add the P718LX-P Olympic adapters to convert this unit from standard weight plates to Olympic plates. This Attachment fits Deltech products: DF1000- Olympic Weight Bench, DF2000- Standard Weight Bench, DF1050- Olympic Squat Combo Bench, DF9500- FID Bench, DF104- Two in One Flat to Incline Bench. This Attachment will fit most other brands of weight benches that accept 1 3/4" attachment. Make sure your bench has an opening of at least 1 3/4" on the inside of the tube and 2" on the outside of the tube.

* Be sure to check cables and pulleys for wear. These are both consumable items which means they will have to be replaced from time to time.
* You should check the tightness of bolts a couple times a year to make sure they stay tight.
* Silicone or Teflon spray is recommended on the post where the weight carriage slides up and down the post.
