We ship only to the contiguous United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
The majority of our items ship within the next two business days after you place your order. Smaller items will ship out USPS and are left at the front door if nobody is home to sign for the delivery. These items usually take 3 to 5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. Larger, bulkier items will ship via FedEx and usually take 3-7 business days for delivery.
Many of our products are shipped in multiple boxes. You will see on the outside of the box a red sticker indicating how many boxes are included. Please wait to receive ALL boxes before you start assembly. The FedEx tracking number you receive will have tracking for all of the boxes in your shipment.
Except for weights and some smaller items, most of our items require assembly. These items are boxed in a manageable size so you can get them into your home.
Due to shipping regulations and restrictions, delivery to APO, FPO, or PO boxes is not available at this time.

We ship most orders the same day they are received, excluding weekends and holidays. If a cancellation request is received after an order has shipped the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request pictures of the damage to file claims with the shipping carrier. We will quickly replace any damaged items so you can begin using your product.
