Shipping Terms

We ship only to the contiguous United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

The majority of our items ship within the next two business days after you place your order. Smaller items will ship out USPS and are left at the front door if nobody is home to sign for the delivery. These items usually take 3 to 5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. Larger, bulkier items will ship via Fedex and usually take 3-7 business days for delivery. 

Many of our products are shipped in multiple boxes. You will see on the outside of the box a red sticker indicating how many boxes are included. Please wait to receive ALL boxes before you start assembly. The Fedex tracking number you receive will have tracking for all of the boxes in your shipment.

With the exception of weights and some smaller items, most of our items require assembly. These items are boxed in a manageable size so you can get them into your home.

Due to shipping regulations and restrictions, delivery to APO, FPO, or PO boxes is not available at this time.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer. Please call customer service at 888-258-0533 to obtain an RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase. If cancellation request is received after 24 hours, the buyer will be responsible for any return charges for orders that have already shipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request pictures of the damage to file claims with the shipping carrier. We will quickly replace any damaged items so you can begin using your product.
